Maria, an awesome saleswoman! Thank you for your patience with me and your assistance in choosing the right vehicle for me. I love the way it rides. I love driving it! For a 4 cylinder, it has great power! I'm pleased with the choice I made, selecting the Buick Envision! ☺️ The only thing I wished, was to have received the Owner's Manuel as well as a spare key to the vehicle! 😔 Overall, I would recommend this location.

broke down 150 miles from home on a Sunday. Everyone was closed, so i took a shot and had it towed there. Thay called me as soon as they opened Monday morning, and had it fixed 2 hours later. We could not be happier, wish i lived closer so they could do all of my service A++

From online, to walking into Step One and meeting everyone it felt right. Nothing rushed. All questions answered, wish I would have came here years ago. Taylor was great explaining the GMC process making sure my needs were met. Flawless process all around!

Shellie was my salesperson and she was great! I purchased a 2026 GMC Acadia! She Calls ya and helps ya when ya have questions! Would recommend her! Connor (finance) was very nice Steve (General Mgr) he listens and gets things done! Mr Pink (floor mgr) Very disappointing .. definitely not a fan of his work ethics/dont like how he handled things at all!!

We purchased a used VW Tiguan for our daughter. CJ was our salesman. He was very helpful in giving us several option to review prior to test driving. CJ was very informative on the vehicles we were considering. There was no pressure to buy and he was very patient with us. We are very happy with the car and the experience.

I just got my 2019 XT5 50K mile service completed. Andreas was my Advisor and was completely amazing! He spelled everything out for me prior to stsrting work. Sean my Technician sent a video of issues he found along the way and explained everything in detail and made me feel confident in the work being performed. My XT5 feels like a new car now and I am totally satisfied. StepOne Cadillac will be the only place I bring my Cadillac now for servcie! They even washed and cleaned my SUV after!!!
