I talked to just about every GMC dealer in the southeast trying to buy a 2026 AT4. Step One in Pensacola was by far the best deal hands down and the most honest sales team I have ever dealt with. I will never buy a truck anywhere else!

Taylor was incredibly helpful! Despite three other dealerships trying to find what I needed, Taylor surpassed everyone! She even went as far as guiding me on why a certain vehicle would not work for what I needed. She was thorough, and the process was super smooth! I recommend Taylor for your car shopping experience!

Joseph, Timothy and Marie were great to work with. Timothy transferred everything from our old vehicle to our new one and I have never had a salesman to do that. This was the second vehicle we have bought there and have been happy with the sales and service department.

If you’re looking for a vehicle come to Step One! John Ming was absolutely phenomenal. He works with you and it’s very respectful and curtious. I got a beautiful car for a great price!! 10/10 experience. Will be coming back in the future!
